There are exciting events taking place across Nottinghamshire County Council’s country parks this month.
These will include fun leisure ideas at Bestwood Country Park, Rufford Abbey Country Park and Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve.
Highlights at Sherwood Forest include Glow Worm walks and ‘Knights in the Forest’. Meanwhile at Bestwood, Mini Miners return this coming Saturday and there is a screening of DH Lawrence’s The Odour of Chrysanthemums.
Rufford Abbey Country Park hosts the 20th annual Earth and Fire International Ceramic Fair from June 20-22 and an exciting Britain in the Great War 1914-18 also takes place this month.
