The Old Meeting House Unitarian Chapel, Mansfield, is inviting people to a free harvest singing celebration.

On Sunday, 6th October, Mansfield choir the Forest Singers will be performing at the Singing Celebration of Harvest.

The event is free thanks to a grant from Nottingham County Council’s Local Communities Fund.

The Rev Mária Pap, of the chapel, said: “It aims to offer a time of joy and grateful acknowledgement of the abundance of our life — and of the many gifts we can share with each other, with those most in need, and with the world around us.

Donations of tinned and non-perishable goods for Sherwood Forest Foodbank are welcome.

The Singing Celebration of Harvest starts at 3pm.
