Sarah Allen, a partner at Tallents Solicitors and head of Wills, Trusts and Probate, believes it has never been more important for people to write a will  – and that’s why she and her team are participating in Will Aid again this year.

Tallents Solicitors is raising awareness of the importance of having a will and its Newark and Mansfield offices have appointments available so that more people than ever before can write a Will during Will Aid month (November) and help charities.

Through Will Aid, participating solicitors waive their fee for writing a basic single or joint will during November and instead invite customers to make a voluntary donation to the nine Will Aid charities.
