Business development group Mansfield and Ashfield 2020 plans to end the year in style by inviting its members to take part in a question and answer session with Mansfield Town FC’s new manager, Nigel Clough, at its virtual breakfast meeting on Thursday, 17th December from 8am.

It said: “After the year we have had we felt it would be a nice treat for many of the avid football fans in our membership and our area to end the year on an upbeat note.

“We are keen to give everyone a chance to get involved, so if you have any burning questions for the man himself, email them in to us at [email protected] by Tuesday, 15th December, as this will help us manage the session a little better. We will, of course, open up the floor to additional questions so no-one misses out.

“We will also be hearing from Poppy Hickman and DPS studios as they talk to us about their charity single for our Charity of the Year Award winner, Rainbows Hospice.

“Poppy has won the hearts of the locals in Mansfield Woodhouse and we are sure she will win some more on Thursday morning.

“Finally, our ever-cheerful members at County Battery will be taking us on a ‘12 days of Lean’ tour in true Christmas style…
