About Kings Clipstone Brewery Established in 2012, local couple Dave and Daryl Maguire set on a journey to start fullfill their dream to start a mico-brewery in the heart of Sherwood Forest. Both being passionate about beer and the craft of brewing, Kings Clipstone Brewery was born. Based near the heritage site King John's Castle, nestled in the historical village of Kings Clipstone; we make our extensive range of traditional real ales and bottled beers using the finest natural ingredients and local water. It is this that gives our beers their individual characters. Continuing to expend, Kings Clipstone Brewery's ethos for brewing the finest and most innovative beers remains at the heart of what we do.
