Conveyancing specialist Fidler & Pepper Lawyers have lodged a second national top 40 spot, for the second successive month, for the amount of property work it carries out.

When a conveyancing company or law firm deals with property matters, all applications to change land ownership must be submitted to the Land Registry, which then compiles a monthly list of applications.

Recently-released figures show that out of a list of more than 4,000 organisations involved with conveyancing, Fidler & Pepper was in the top 40 for both May and June, making it one of the busiest law firms in England and Wales.

Matt Slade, director and head of conveyancing at Fidler & Pepper Lawyers, (pictured) said: “We have the right systems and processes in place to ensure that we deal efficiently and effectively with conveyancing matters.

“Additionally, we have some fantastic people who are experienced and skilled in property transactions. All of this means that more and more people are trusting us to help them get through the legal process of buying or selling a property.”

Fidler & Pepper has long-established offices in Mansfield and Ashfield, and has recently expanded into additional office space in Mansfield town centre.

In the last year, it set up a dedicated remortgaging department to add to an experienced team dealing with private client matters, including wills, power of attorney, care fees and probate.
