Vintage clothes behind man’s new venture

A young Mansfield man has opened a vintage clothing store in the town, Credible Clothing, after the success of his online venture during the coronavirus crisis.

Former Brunts Academy student Harry Squires, whose new shop is on West Gate, decided on a career change after being furloughed.

He began selling his unwanted clothes via online fashion marketplace Depop and then bought items from car boot sales and online designer clothing sites.

That success led him to decide to make the career change permanent and launch the shop.

He said the store had something for everyone, catering for all tastes, from Barbour and Moschino to Mulberry and North Face.
