Restructure leads to new jobs and expansion

Posted onPosted on 9th Jun

A Mansfield-based company that transformed its business model because of the coronavirus crisis has announced plans to take on 13 new employees as part of a company-wide restructure and expansion plan.

The restructure sees CCM Group divide into two divisions — business to business services and business to consumer products.

CCM Creative, the long-standing arm of the business, offers creative, marketing and print services to well-known brands across the UK, including The Range, CEF, Leicester City FC, Fittleworth and Carlisle Construction.

The last 12 months has seen CCM Group celebrate its best financial performance, adapting to a new management structure and strategy, whilst also transforming its business model to supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) during the pandemic.

CCM Products supplies products to its B2B customer base, while CCM Axis is a new B2C model that puts customer experience at the heart of the strategy.

The new vacancies include multiple marketing roles, a graphic designer, product sales consultants, a head of operations and more

The business restructure has seen CCM Group sales manager Tina Brown be appointed managing director of the B2B creative division.

The company also welcomed Richard Ardis as managing director of the business to consumer division.

He is recruiting seven new members to his team to grow this side of the company further.

CCM Group has outgrown its office and warehouse space on the Millennium Business Park and is looking to relocate to larger premises.

Trent Peek, chief executive of CCM Group, explained: “The last 12 months have been extremely fast-paced and with further ambitious growth plans set for the year ahead, I trust this momentum will continue.

“Our sales target for the financial year of 2020/21 was to hit £3.6m, and we’ve already reached this figure within the first quarter of the new financial year.

“Our new management structure has given the business and its individual teams more focus and direction and our flexibility to adapt to new market trends has also enabled this outstanding level of business growth.”

Tina added: “We feel extremely lucky to be in a position to expand our teams in the current climate.

“It is an exciting time for CCM Group and I already cannot wait to see where we will be in the next three years.

“Investing in great people has had such a positive impact on the business as a whole and we all look forward to welcoming more team members over the next couple of months.”
