Growth prompts move for marketing business

Posted onPosted on 14th Nov

A fledgling business has relocated to new premises in Mansfield thanks to growth and development.

Caroline Cox, who launched Caroline Cox Marketing Innovation in 2019, has switched from her Ashfield base to Mansfield Innisdoon Estate at Crow Hill Drive.

Sara Smith, from Smith and Co Estates, managed the move. She is among the range of businesses based at the serviced offices on Crow Hill Drive, including electrical and mechanical engineering, recruitment and a personal trainer.

Sara said: “It was a pleasure to support Caroline with her relocation plans and clear from the outset that her business values were perfectly aligned with the Innisdoon community.”

Emma McLaughlin and Stacey Croshaw, of Innisdoon Estates Ltd, took over the building in 2017 with the vision to house their growing recruitment company, Fresh Start Recruitment (UK) Ltd, and also to provide a fully-serviced facility to cater for local entrepreneurs.

Caroline said: “I have been delighted with the engagement, support and successful I have received since launching my own business earlier in the year.

“I knew the business was growing quicker than expected and I wanted to ensure that if I were to relocate I would need to find the right location not only for me but my clients too.

“The Innisdoon Estate offers the perfect solution. It is a beautiful building set in very tranquil and calming grounds.”

Emma and Stacey added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Caroline to Innisdoon and pleased that we are able to offer her premises for her business to develop and flourish.”
