Mansfield-based estate agency Pinewood Properties is celebrating seven notable successes at the industry’s 2019 ESTAS Awards.

The 16th ESTAS (Estate and Letting Agent Awards) were presented by television property personality Phil Spencer at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

More than 1,400 shortlisted agents and the winning companies were selected purely on the feedback from their service delivered to customers.

Pinewood Properties, a winner at the industry’s most prestigious awards last year, achieved four golds in 2019 and was ranked third in the UK for Best Letting Agency for Landlords out of around 29,000 agents, among its successes.

Director Richard Taylor said: “We were blown away by the result, especially in sales as we only rebranded this service just over a year ago, and to be placed third in the UK.

“We worked really hard towards the awards but realised we were up against some key players.

“We are so proud to be part of the Pinewood team.”

Overall at the 2019 ESTAS, Pinewood Properties, which has a showroom at Albert Street in Mansfield and one in Chesterfield, was named:

Best Estate Agent in the East Midlands(Gold)
Best Agent with 2-5 branches in the UK (Gold)
Best Letting Agent in Derbyshire
Best Letting Agent in the East Midlands voted for by landlords (Gold)
Best Letting Agent in the East Midlands voted for by tenants (Gold)
Best Letting Agent in the UK (Bronze)
