UK real estate investment and development company Dunmoore has completed three lettings and two lease renewals at its newly-refurbished Mansfield South Trade Park.

Motor Parts Direct, the UK’s largest independent motor factor; Iceni Windows, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of windows, doors and conservatories; and A Woodland & Son, a flooring specialist, have signed up for new units on 10-year leases, while national occupiers, Howdens and Eyre & Ellison, have both renewed on long-term leases.

The lettings follow the completion of the former 23,750sq ft industrial estate into a premier trade destination. The estate now only has one fully refurbished vacant 2,357 sq ft unit available to let.

The transformed estate is part of Dunmoore’s expanding Made for Trade-branded trade counter portfolio, which it is looking to continue to grow with further acquisitions.
