Housebuilder Avant Homes has bought a 5.9-acre piece of land as part of the next phase of its Berry Hill development in Mansfield.

Subject to planning approval from Mansfield District Council, Avant Homes will bring a further 63 homes to the development with works expected to commence later in the year.

Situated just off Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield, the current phase of the development is home to 95 new-build properties and has a small selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes remaining. The next release of houses will include Avant Homes’ latest specification across 16 of its popular, design-led housetypes.
