Barnsley College’s Mansfield Education Hub is accepting applications for foundation study programmes now.
Maybe you left school with less GCSEs than you had hoped, or life simply got in the way of you taking them in the first place? The Mansfield Education Hub can help you to re-engage with education on one of our study programmes, either at the College campus or via online distance learning.
Students aged 16 to 19 (up to 24 with an Education and Health Care Plan) on our Foundation Programme will be able to study GCSE Maths and English and/or Functional Skills based at the Hub. They will also gain life and employability skills and take part in enrichment opportunities.
Students aged 19 to 24 on our distance learning Employability Certificate, including Maths and English, take part in a personalised online programme individually designed to each person’s aspirations and to fit around their life. Students can complete the course in their own time, at their own pace and choose the units that suit their goals.
