Your Home Care, a Mansfield-based home care company, is to host an online question and answer session on Facebook as it looks to create up to 100 new jobs.

The company was founded last July by Scott Marsh and Paul Pitchford, and acquired its accreditation from the industry body, the Care Quality Commission, just a short while afterwards.

Your Home Care has already recruited members of staff and has a client waiting list with people in Mansfield and Ashfield wanting to use its services.

But the growing reputation of the business means that it needs more staff from Mansfield and Ashfield to join the team, and so has arranged a live Facebook question and answer session to help any potential future employees understand more about the company and the roles available.

Scott and Paul will be hosting the 45-minute live Q&A session on Monday, February 22, between 7.30pm and 8.15pm at its Facebook page, Your Home Care. The event also has a competition and giveaways, including three £25 Amazon gift cards.

Scott said: “Because we aim for the highest of standards, and we are approaching things differently to all other home care providers in the area, we are becoming known as the people who go the extra mile to look after people in our care.

“We are unique in many ways, such as offering the RESTORE2 programme that means our staff can monitor a person’s health and alert the relevant authorities should anything need to happen, and we utilise the very best in modern technology.”

Paul added: “Your Home Care needs to recruit people who share our ethos of putting people first. We need special team members who not only do the job properly but also have a caring approach in everything that they do.”

The session, which is aimed at people considering a future working in the care sector with Your Home Care, and will talk about everything from Home Care Assistant benefits, what it’s like to work with Your Home Care and answer any questions too.
