Popular free children’s club returns to Four Seasons this weekend

This weekend will see the popular Buzzy B Club return to Mansfield’s Four Seasons, kicking off a year of fun-filled activity at the shopping centre.

On Sunday, 22 January, from 11am to 3pm, the first free children’s club of 2017 will give youngsters the chance to make their very own Achievements Tree – setting out their personal goals for the year in a crafty collage.

“Our Buzzy B Club continues to be incredibly popular, and we are excited to launch our 2017 programme this week,” said Rebekah O’Neill, centre manager at Four Seasons.

“For the first club of the year, our mascot Buzz will be joining children as they make a fabulous nature-themed art card using pieces of bark, twigs and leaves.

“The idea of the Achievements Tree is that children can record their hopes and wishes for the coming year and take it home with them afterwards.

“They can even include a picture or photograph of themselves or a loved one, before adding the finishing touch of a natural twine hanger.”

Now in its ninth year, the hugely popular Buzzy B Club has a regular programme of activities throughout the year, each with a different theme and usually including a craft workshop so that children can take something away with them.

“Buzzy B has always been a big hit with parents and children, and Sunday’s first club of 2017 is the perfect way to get rid of the post-holiday blues,” said Rebekah.

“We love hosting free family fun at the centre and hope local children will enjoy the range of activities we have planned throughout the year.”
