From Wednesday 17 to Wednesday 31 May, Mansfield Market will again be joining the national Love your Local Market campaign and is looking for businesses and individuals to take part.

The fortnight will include competitions, events and specialist markets for shoppers along with offers and incentives for traders.

Wednesday, 17 May, will feature a baby and children’s speciality market selling pre-loved children’s toys, books, clothes and equipment alongside entertainment for youngsters laid on by Sure Start.

On Friday, 26 May the market will host an arts and craft market with homemade products, crafts, gifts and food alongside craft and gardening workshops.

Spaces are still available for businesses or individuals to take up a stall, which can be booked by calling 01623 463818.

The Mansfield Market team is always keen to encourage regular traders and offers all licenced traders a £5 reduction in stall rents during the Love your Local Market campaign.

New traders who bring new product lines to the market can also apply to take up the incubation unit scheme, which offers 12 months of rent free space to encourage people to take their first steps as a new business on Mansfield Market.
