Fidler & Pepper Solicitors are once again teaming up with The Nottinghamshire Hospice during the month of October to help raise much-needed funds.

The hospice, based in Mapperley, is a registered charity and it needs to raise over £2m a year in order to help people with terminal or life-limiting illness.

Over the past two years, the hospice has supported hundreds of patients from the Mansfield and Ashfield area and has also provided thousands of hours of care in people’s homes.

Fidler & Pepper Solicitors has supported the hospice over the last few years and has helped by taking part in its Make A Will Month by writing Wills but not charging a fee.

The fee is instead donated directly to the hospice to help them with much-needed funds. Fidler & Pepper will be donating their time again in October.

Richard Howard, who heads up the firm’s Wills, trusts and probate department, said: “We are always pleased to be able to help the hospice by using our skills and expertise. We are asking people to make a Will with us and donate the usual fee to the hospice instead as we know that the hospice will use these valuable funds to support their patients.”
