Purpose Media to partner with IoD East Midlands

Posted onPosted on 14th Jun

The East Midlands region of the Institute of Directors has announced that Purpose Media has agreed to become a regional partner.

The deal will involve the East Midlands based digital marketing agency partnering with the IoD on high-profile events that will benefit its 1800 members who belong to IoD branches in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

This includes holding joint events that will enable members to network with each other as well as technical seminars with Google and Hubspot that will improve IoD member knowledge of digital marketing.

A charity golf day is also planned for 4 October at Morley Hayes Golf Club in aid of NWG Network, a charity which offers support and advice to those working with children who have become subjected to child sexual exploitation.

Purpose Media will also contribute technical articles on e-commerce and digital marketing to raise member awareness of this important route to market.

Ron Lynch, (pictured left) Regional Director for IoD East Midlands which has offices within the Nottingham Conference Centre, said: “Members regularly tell us that an important aspect of being a member of the IoD is to meet fellow directors to build better businesses and relationships. Working closely with companies like Purpose Media enables us to offer these learning opportunities and deliver even more benefits to members.”

Purpose Media Managing Director Matt Wheatcroft added: “I became an IoD member last year having been shortlisted for the entrepreneur of the year award. I have already seen many benefits. We recently exhibited in London at “A meet the manufacturer” event and it was great to be able to entertain key customers and prospects within Pall Mall. The ambience created a fantastic first impression and helped us win new work.”
