No need to book for new legal drop-in sessions in Sutton

Posted onPosted on 22nd Sep

Fidler & Pepper Solicitors, the well-known local experts in wills, trusts and probate matters, are launching new drop-in clinics.

The clinics will take place at Sutton-in-Ashfield Central Library on alternate Fridays starting on October 13, and will run between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

People who attend will be able to meet with Richard Howard, a partner at the

firm, or a member of his experienced team to discuss matters in confidence.

The clinics will be free, but if further advice is needed, people will be able to make an appointment with Richard at a later date in the Fidler & Pepper offices in Low Street, Sutton.

Richard said: “Many people think they don’t have time to sort out their Wills, and some won’t know why trusts and probate matters are important.

“Some people might not like to go into the offices of a law firm, and would feel more comfortable in an environment that they know.

“The drop-in clinics are a great way for people to come and talk to us about Wills, trusts and probate in a relaxed manner.”

And he added: “I cannot stress enough that making a Will is important for people of any age. I have one and I encourage my friends and family to have one, whoever their family solicitor is.”

Richard has written many articles about Wills, Trusts and probate, and has delivered talks to groups such as the University of the 3rd Age, Probus, and at schools.
