After a year of sustained growth, Kingswood Residential Investment Management has appointed a new lettings consultant for the Mansfield and north Nottinghamshire area, where the lettings and management specialists has a developing client base.

Kingswood, established in 2016, has expanded considerably, starting by mainly focusing on Nottingham properties to now operating further afield.

Joshua Thomas, who has more than two years’ experience of managing residential property investments, will be responsible for handling lettings and management for Kingswood’s Mansfield and north Nottinghamshire portfolio while also supporting the existing team with Nottingham properties.
